Hey kids: don't autograph your graffiti, okay?

Last night my husband and I decided to set the kids up in our bedroom to watch a children's program on Netflix. We took a seven minute break from them in order to watch the end of our taped episode of The Middle.

We walked back into the bedroom to find a stool next to the TV (dragged in from the kitchen). My son tried to hide his hands behind his back.

I glanced over at the TV to find crayon marks all over the front:

I explained to them that if they hoped to hide their handywork from us, in the future, it would be best not to autograph their graffiti:

Hmm.................
